Today, we’re diving into a An Easy Family Friendly Christmas Treat from one of our beloved cookbooks: Christmas Magic Mix from the Flour and Grace Cook Book by Valerie Kuhns is the recipe we will be sharing. It’s a simple, sweet treat perfect for gifting, sharing, or enjoying with a steaming cup of cocoa by the fire.
Christmas Magic Mix
Ingredients:
- 2 sleeves of graham crackers, broken
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup crushed pretzels
- 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350. Break apart graham crackers into small pieces and place in a large bowl. Add chocolate chips, coconut, pretzels and pecans.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and stir to combine well. Line a large baking sheet with foil. Spray liberally with cooking oil spray.
- Bake for 10 minutes, or until coconut is beginning to be toasted. Let cool on a baking sheet. Store in a sealed container until ready to set out for your gathering, or place in gift bags.
