Why does everything taste better when it's mini? This recipe is delicious and you will love the single serve portions that they make! These are perfect for your family, a crowd or just for the fun of it!   A sweet followers of Megan's gave her the recipe!  

Get the kids in the kitchen

Sure it's messy, and might take some more time, but the memories made + the satisfaction any little ones will feel when the finished product emerges from the oven will be priceless!  These mini bundt cakes are simple to make and decorate, so it's a good one to start with in our opinion! 

Ok, ok...we'll share the recipe

Rub together lemon zest and sugar. Mix together with flour, salt + baking powder. In another bowl, beat eggs, greek yogurt, vanilla, lemon juice, oil and stir until combined. Gently combine wet + dry ingredients. Fold strawberries in the batter. Divide into greased mini bundt pans. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
