This dress definitely feels elevated. With the cut I’d say on a bloated day I stay away from full disclosure since the waist is beautiful but the dress flows funny over a bloated tummy. I also am uncomfortable with the cut of the sleeve I feel not fully covered but it’s just slightly higher than I prefer to wear so I wear with a cardigan or jean jacket.
Again, definitely elevated, so beautiful, if the sleeves were slightly longer I’d say 10/10!

Nice cotton dress. True to size! I'm 5'4" 114 pounds and bought a small. Comfortable. Can wear casual or a little for dressy, I lean towards more casual!
