The Paupa New Guinea variety is a low acidity medium roast and features notes of chocolate, plum, and brown sugar. The Columbia Roast has notes of cocoa, nuts, and raspberry with a light roast. If caffeine isn't your thing try the Decaf roast with notes of milk chocolate, graham cracker, citurs, and a light roast.
